DIAGNOSIS
Fred is available on a daily basis for a diagnosis of any operation, large or small.
KAIZEN WORKSHOPS AND PROJECTS
- A Kaizen Workshop is a 5 day activity (from Monday through Friday) in which un-productive, un-profitable processes are studied and improved with basic kaizen tools.
- Up to 5 teams with participants from diverse backgrounds can be formed for 1 workshop.
- Instruction is hands-on. Choose a process in your own facility and learn by doing.
TRAINING
Take the "Kaizen Basics" 1 day training course for general orientation in the principles of kaizen and what it means for your organization to adopt them. The course is generally held at the location of the operation in question so that management and all concerned individuals in the organization can attend. Training begins with explanation of the basics of kaizen and its tools (see RESOURCES - Kaizen Tools on the web site).
